Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage/work with a small team, take initiatives on overall trust business strategic planning and execution plans for unit trust, family/ private trust;

Responsible for the full cycle of the daily operation of the digitalasset trust products including clients onboarding, AML screening and reviewing, document drafting and preparing, CRS report, subscription, account opening, liaising with relevant external parties, etc.

Business-driven, identify business opportunities with investors from HNWI, Family Office to Institutional Investors in the digitalassets space with a global vision;

Collaborate with different business lines including institutional sales, products, marketing and IR, etc to explore business opportunities, and establish and maintain strong investor networks;

Work closely with Legal and Compliance, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure an institutional-grade level of operational procedures, and standards and meet all requirements of TCSP regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or above with international study or work experience is desirable. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the trust business, and familiar with TCSP license and relevant regulations and requirements.

Prior experience in insurance trust is helpful to handle the legacy operation oversight.

Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Humble, ethical, and presentable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Good demand for English and Mandarin is preferable.

We are looking for a driven Accounting Intern with a basic understanding of GAAP and financial principles and terms who is ready for an immersive, real-world experience. Under the supervision of our staff, the Accounting Intern can expect to participate in the preparation of journal entries and financial reports, analyze actual financial data, learn more about bookkeeping software, and assist with other accounting activities. You should be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking.

Responsibilities:

Shadowing members of the Accounting department as they perform their duties.

Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, and other documents.

Working with bookkeeping software.

Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

Learning how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.

Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations.

Requirements:

University students major in Accounting or Finance, last year students are welcomed as well.

Satisfactory completion of introductory accounting courses and a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles.

Aptitude for math, proficiency with computers.

High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

Good command of Chinese and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Work with a small team in HK & Singapore, assisting in-house lawyers in contract management process and communicate results to business units

Support company secretarial functions such as review of incorporation documents, drafting of board resolutions, etc.

Handle licensing applications and follow up matters

Assist with legal drafting, e.g. creation of legal templates, drafting of legal advice and commercial documents

Provide general clerical or compliance administrative support to legal & compliance department.

Participate and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

University Undergraduate in Law or Business Admin or related disciplines

Strong interest and enthusiasm in the blockchain industry, digitalassets and related technologies

Interest in hands-on experience in an in-house legal environment

Well-versed in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Good file & record management sense

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills

Immediate availability is preferred
